Emmanuel Essel joins SJK on a season-long loan
The pacey winger’s development will continue with a spell in Europe after completing his switch to Finnish side SJK.
Essel has been part of the Eewo lads’ set-up since making his senior debut in the 2021-22 league season and played an integral role in the last campaign featuring twenty-five times, scoring three times and providing four assists in all competitions.
The 19-year-old becomes the third Vision player to join the Northern European club in the last two years after Terry Yegbe and Salim Yussif Giabo.

Vision FC signed a cooperation agreement with SJK in March this year and will see our best talents continue their development process in Finland through a well-structured player pathway program.
Essel is expected to feature in SJK Akatemia’s Ykkonen playoffs before the season ends.
Everyone at Vision would like to wish Essel every success during his time with SJK Akatemia.
