Ghana Premier League debutants, Vision FC picked up 1 point in their first ever Ghana’s top-flight football match, drawing goalless with Berekum Chelsea at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex.
Nana Agyemang’s side, playing their first-ever game in the Premiership, dominated much of the game, controlled possession, and created several decent goal-scoring chances but were denied by the brilliant saves of the visitors’ goalkeeper, Obeng Sekyere Gregory.
The former Ghana Premier League Champions were limited to creating minimal chances, hitting only one shot on target.
The fans were there in their numbers to cheer on the Eewo lads, but they couldn’t secure a win, one that would have been historic for the club.

Labaran Majeed Alidu was adjudged player of the match for his dazzling and impressive display on the field.
Vision settled for a goalless draw to secure a point in their first game, and the performance will be a boost for Coach Nana Kweku Agyemang and his charges as they embark and make history in their maiden Ghana Premier League campaign.
They’ll make a short trip to the Accra Sports Stadium to take on Accra Lions FC on Matchday 2 next weekend.
